Surgery gives only the illusion of a longer penis. This is only cosmetic improvement with no guarantees of improved function. People who have undergone these surgeries have a gain of several inches when the organ is flaccid. But the main disadvantage of the surgery is that there is no sizable improvement in of the erect organ. It is well known that erection is achieved by blood filling the spongy tissue of the penis shaft. Suspensory ligaments have no role to play. Surgically cutting the suspensory ligaments only increases the size of the hanging penis but has no effect on the erected size. This is a very big disappointment for a man. A transplantation method is employed when the patient wants an increase in the girth of the penis. This is achieved by removing the fat cells from the abdominal or the thigh regions and then injected into the penile shaft, between the spongy tissue and the outer skin of the organ. Though this procedure is seemingly quite simple, results are very minimal and usually disappointing. Fat cells can dissolve over time and the “gained” girth returns back to normal. This is by no means a permanent surgical technique. Also, several medical organizations, including the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery considers this procedure to be fraught with danger. We do not guarantee a permanent size increase with the ErektorTM, but we do guarantee that with the ErektorTM you will be ready to perform full intercourse in just minutes. |
