Erektor Device No-RETURN POLICY
Global Life Technologies, LLC, and all parties
related thereto (parties), have a no-return policy for all Erektor external penile
support device for the following reasons:
Safety and protection of everyone who purchase and use an Erektor device and does
business with these parties, no product that has left their control and has a broken
seal or protective product wrapper will be accepted for return. It is the sole intent
of parties that when anyone purchases an Erektor device there is full confidence
it has never been sold to, touched, worn or used by anyone who could tamper or otherwise
adulterate it. By not accepting returns, the buyer need not worry about Erektor
device contamination from an outside source.
Since full genitalia contact
by at least two sexual partners, and perhaps more, is implied and assumed in Erektor
external penile support device usage, disease transmission is an overriding and
vital concern for all involved parties – buyer, user, manufacturer and vendor.
It is beyond the purview of buyer, user, manufacturer and vendor to accept responsibility
for public safety and welfare in regard to sexually transmitted disease (STD) or
other private or public health contamination, by any other method than a simple
and direct avoidance strategy enacted and enabled via a total Erektor no-return
policy.
Exceptions to Erektor Device No-Return Policy
If the original Global Life Technologies, LLC protective product
wrapper of the Erektor external penile support device is unbroken and intact, and
is returned to the offices of Global Life Technologies, LLC by the original buyer
within 15 days of shipment from Global Life Technologies, LLC, a refund will be
made minus two fees: 1. shipping costs paid by Global Life Technologies, LLC to
send the parcel to the original buyer, and 2. an additional 25% handling fee.
Since it is the responsibility of the buyer to know and understand the import laws
and custom's restrictions of his or her particular country, not the seller or parties
sited above, a reasonable return policy will be enacted for Erektor devices that
are sold to non-U.S. customers.
In the event that an Erektor external penile support device is returned by a non-U.S.
customs office and the protective product wrapper of the Erektor external penile
support device is unbroken, without any evidence of use, tampering or modification
thereof, the standard refund stated above will be made to the buyer. In the event
that an Erektor external penile support device is returned by a non-U.S. customs
office and the protective product wrapper of the Erektor external penile support
device is broken and no longer intact, the Erektor device will not be accepted for
return or refund.
Of course, if an Erektor device is found to be actually defective or display poor
craftsmanship, please contact us via email info@glifetek.com
for replacement procedures as described within the manufacturer’s
extended warranty period (see below).
Erektor External Penile Support Product Warranty
Global Life Technologies (GLT) warrants, to
the original purchaser only, that its products a) substantially conform to GLT’s
published specifications and b) are substantially free from defects in material
and workmanship. This warranty expires one year from the date of product delivery.
If the purchaser discovers within this period a failure of the product to substantially
conform to the specifications or that the product is not substantially free from
defects in material or workmanship, the purchaser must promptly notify GLT. Within
reasonable time after notification, GLT will endeavor to correct any substantial
non-conformance predicated on inspection of the defective/damaged unit. All warranty
service will be performed at the company's facility at no charge to the purchaser,
other than the cost of shipping to and from GLT, which shall be the full responsibility
of the purchaser. If GLT is unable to repair the product to conform to the warranty,
GLT will provide at its option one of the following: a replacement product or a
refund of the purchase price for the non-conforming product. If it is discovered
that user negligence has occurred and product failure or damage is the result of
improper use or care there will be no warranty issued in this case and the damaged
product will be discarded or shipped back to the user at his cost. These remedies
are the purchaser's only remedies for breach of warranty. Prior to purchase and
initial use, the purchaser shall have determined the suitability of the product
for its intended use.
GLT does not warrant a) any product, components or parts not manufactured by GLT,
b) defects or damage caused by the purchaser's failure to use the product as intended,
or provide proper care of the product during use and storage, c) damage caused by
use of the product for purposes other than those for which it was designed, d) damage
caused by unauthorized attachments or modifications, e) damage during shipment or
g) any abuse or misuse by the purchaser.
THE FOREGOING WARRANTIES ARE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED,
INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
In no event will GLT be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential
damages based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence, strict tort,
or any other legal theory. Damages that GLT will not be responsible for include
but are not limited to, loss of profits; loss of savings or revenue; loss of use
of the product or any associated equipment; cost of capital; cost of any substitute
equipment, facilities or services; downtime; claims of third parties including customers;
and injury to property.
Technical Support
If a purchaser believes that a product is not operating in substantial conformance
with GLT' published specifications or there appear to be defects in material and
workmanship, the purchaser should contact our technical support representatives.
If the problem cannot be corrected over the telephone and the product and problem
are covered by the warranty, the technical support representative will authorize
the return of the product for service and provide shipping information. If the product
is out of warranty, repair or replacement charges will be quoted. All non-warranty
repairs receive a 90-day warranty.
